Arts and culture employees much more likely to have multiple jobs
A data analysis released in February by Hill Strategies determined that the proportion of employed arts and culture workers in Canada with multiple jobs ranges from 9 to 14.9 per cent. In comparison, the proportion of employees across all sectors with multiple jobs ranges from just 4.8 to 7.3 per cent. In every province, employees in the arts and culture are much more likely to have multiple jobs than other workers, with the proportion in Saskatchewan (9.6%) being below the national average (10%).
