Recognizing Cultural Volunteers - We Need Your Help!
As part of Volunteer Week 2022, SaskCulture wants to highlight cultural volunteers in the province who continued to volunteer their time to support cultural activity over the past year, despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Let us know about the outstanding volunteers who served your organization and/or group that deserve recognition. We will highlight them in a province-wide Volunteer Week promotion – done in conjunction with our partners Sask Sport, Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport. Cultural volunteers will be included in a highlight video post and will each receive a letter and recognition certificate.
In order to highlight your volunteer(s), we will need a few things. Please complete the online form for each volunteer: this includes the volunteer’s name, volunteer role(s), and a photo (with permission for SaskCulture to use), and if you have asked them why they volunteer, please include any comments you feel should be shared with others.
