New Publication Highlights BIPOC Youth Art Forms
The Brown Citizen Circle (BCC) Zine is an annual publication that highlights artistic contributions of BIPOC youth between the ages of 15 - 29. The zine is accepting submissions for this year's publication of art forms including: visual art, music, sculpture, photography, mini-film series, or written works. Deadline for submission is January 31, 2022.
