Be alert to all changes to the Saskatchewan government’s public health orders, particularly guidelines for public gatherings and social distancing.
If you need to cancel or postpone, communicate this immediately to all interested parties, including: registered participants, ticket buyers, network mailing list, social media followers, etc. Let them know if you have alternative plans.
Inform SaskCulture if you cancel or postpone an event or activity supported by a grant program. Email or call your Outreach Consultant with updates. SaskCulture understand that there are still costs associated with cancelled or postponed events and encourage grant recipients to keep track of all expenditures.
