Expanded Eligibility for Creative Saskatchewan Grants

Effective immediately, Creative Saskatchewan has expanded eligibility for its grants to include arts and cultural organizations that receive operational funding from either SaskCulture or Saskatchewan Arts Board; these organizations were previously not permitted to apply.
