Windscape Kite Festival Wins Sask Tourism Award of Excellence

The SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival was recently honoured by Tourism Saskatchewan with the Award of Excellence for the Marquis Event for Saskatchewan in 2014. Congratulations to Shann Gowan and the rest of the festival crew on the recognition of your hard work and an excellent festival!
