Eastend Historical Museum & Culture Centre Inc.
The Eastend Historical Museum collects, preserves, and exhibits artifacts of paleontological and geological significance from Eastend and surrounding areas concerning the history of the area from 400 million years ago to the present. Artifacts include replicas of dinosaur bones, a small collection of First Nations artifacts, and hundreds of items from the early days of the arrival of European immigrants. Displays include the contribution of Eastend residents to the World Wars, an internationally renowned musician who came from Eastend, and much written information.
