Remai Modern
Remai Modern, formerly the Mendel Art Gallery, is a visionary new art museum development due to open to the public in 2016. The building, designed by the renowned Canadian architectural firm KPMB, is situated on the banks of the beautiful South Saskatchewan River at River Landing in the heart of Saskatoon. Remai Modern is home to the world's most comprehensive collection of Picasso linocuts, a growing collection of local, national and international significance (with over 7,800 works) and will offer transformative art experiences and innovative programming.
