Program Facilitator (casual) - WDM Saskatoon

The WDM Saskatoon is seeking a Program Facilitator (casual) to facilitate and deliver the WDM Education Programs for diverse student audiences. This role also provides support for Public Programs and undertakes special projects as assigned.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Become familiar with all aspects of WDM programming, specifically the WDM Saskatoon.
• Facilitate and deliver curriculum-connected WDM Education Programs.
• Facilitate and act as a representative of the WDM for Outreach Programs.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of Education Programs for students.
• Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of select Public Programs as assigned.
• Support the Education Programs Coordinator with periodic evaluations of the Museum’s Education Programs.
• Maintain flexible availability to accommodate variable booking times.
• Perform administrative tasks related to reporting and supporting the maintenance and accurate recording of information within the online booking system.

This position is considered part-time casual and has a variable schedule based on department need, to a maximum of 24 hours/week. Shifts will typically be scheduled weekdays between 9:00 am-2:00 pm with occasional weekend and evening work required.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
