Outreach Consultant (two-year contract)

SaskCulture is seeking an individual with a passion for engaging community and organizational leaders in nurturing a culturally vibrant province. As part of SaskCulture’s Program Team, the responsibilities of this two-year full-time contract position include:
• developing and monitoring budgets to support grant programs;
• coordinating and assisting in the delivery of funding programs and associated administrative duties;
• planning, coordinating, evaluating and recommending strategies for the effective delivery, advancement and support of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility initiatives in SaskCulture’s programs and services;
• connecting and engaging with partners, funding applicants and underserved, equity-deserving communities and community organizations;
• developing and maintaining partnerships and networks; and
• developing and supporting educational and learning opportunities to assist the cultural community of Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative and strategic thinker with experience in program management, organizational development, non-profit management, planning, needs assessment, customer relations, facilitation, budgeting, and evaluation. Experience working with diverse and underserved communities would be an asset.
SaskCulture’s office is located in Regina, however a remote and/or hybrid work model will be considered for this position. The preferred candidate shall be a resident of Saskatchewan and will be required to travel to Regina from time to time. This position will be required to work 37.5 hours per week and be available during SaskCulture’s core office hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This position offers a competitive, annual salary starting at $80,388, plus benefits.
