We are looking for a Manager - Museum Operations for the WDM Saskatoon. The successful candidate supports the WDM in achieving its public trust responsibilities through the effective management of the WDM Saskatoon. The Manager - Museum Operations is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Museum including human resource management, developing and monitoring operational plans and budgets as well as the successful delivery of programs and services.

The successful candidate for the Manager - Museum Operations in Saskatoon will:
• Have experience working in museum, heritage or other cultural organizations.
• Possess strong human resource management skills. The Operations Manager will provide leadership through mentorship and coaching, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for staff and volunteers.
• Be an effective administrator who can implement policies and financial procedures in support of the WDM Corporate Office and provincial audit requirements.
• A strong leader able to oversee all aspects of museum operations. They will be able to create and deliver operational plans supporting the strategic goals of the Museum.
• Be an excellent communicator who can effectively communicate and build relationships internally and externally.
• Engage with the community, including local organizations, businesses, school board and service clubs.
• A manager who can oversee the delivery of programs and services and provide the required reporting on outcomes.
