The Grounds Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for enabling the WDM North Battleford to provide excellent general maintenance and a safe and enjoyable Museum experience for our guests. Weekend work is required. This is a Canada Summer Job Term Placement for a candidate between the age of 15 - 30, does not have to be a student.
DUTIES
- Assist the Grounds Maintenance Technician with maintaining the Museum grounds to ensure safety and visitor satisfaction.
- Maintain lawns including watering, mowing, and trimming large areas.
- Trim caragana’s and other trees on the grounds including fruit trees.
- Maintain garden areas including preparing area for planting, planting, upkeep including watering and weeding.
- General Museum maintenance as required.
- Assist various departments as needed

Term: July 6 - September 4, 2021.
Hours: 8 hours a day - 40 hours per week, will include weekends.
